Dear colleagues,

I have some cases of Afghani people, whose claim for international protection has been rejected at first instance. Although the decisions accept that in Afghanistan there is an internal conflict, and the protection seekers will be in danger as civilians, it finally comes to the conclusion that they have the possibility to relocate to Mazar-e-Sharif (to some cases) and Kapisa (to others). The decisions do not consider the personal circumstances of each individual. All the asylum seekers are about 20 years old, uneducated, without relatives to these areas and have never lived to Mazar-e-Sharif or Kapisa. As I prepare their appeals, it would be great help if you have any decisions about the reasonable and achievable relocation in these areas of Afghanistan.
