On the 6th of March 2023, the ECtHR published communicated cases nos. 30614/22, 30848/22, 8520/22 and 10335/22. The first two cases concern the treatment of journalists reporting on displacement at the Poland-Belarus border by military officers and its compatibility with Articles 3, 5, 8, 10, 13 ECHR. The last two cases concern the interdiction to hold an assembly seeking solidarity with migrants in the closed zone in the vicinity of Polish-Belarusian border in which a state of emergency had been announced and its compliance with Articles 6 and 11 ECHR.
